Are you an enthusiastic Software Engineer with 2-3 years of experience who enjoys working across the entire web stack? Want to build applications that directly improve the efficiency of medical practices? Join our dedicated Workflow & Operations (Admin) team, based entirely in our Paris office!
Our team builds and maintains the critical tools that support clinic & practices operations. This includes platforms for operational monitoring & reporting, financial management processes, administrative patient information handling, and overall platform navigation. As a Fullstack Engineer on this team, you'll have the fantastic opportunity to contribute to both the frontend (Angular/TypeScript) and backend (NestJS/TypeScript), gaining valuable experience across diverse challenges.
You'll work closely with senior engineers, product managers, and designers, contributing to features that make a tangible difference to our users daily work. This is an ideal role to grow your fullstack capabilities in a supportive, collaborative environment.

🥇 Background
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Approximately 2-3 years of professional web development experience (strong internships or alternance can be considered as part of this).
- Solid foundation and practical experience with TypeScript.
- Experience with both a modern frontend framework (Angular strongly preferred, or demonstrable ability to learn it quickly if experienced in React/Vue) and a backend framework (Node.js with NestJS or Express preferred).
- Good understanding of HTML5 and CSS3 (SASS is a plus).
- Basic understanding of REST API principles (consuming and building simple endpoints).
- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
🥈 Your missions
- Develop Across the Stack: Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of both frontend components (Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS/SASS) and backend APIs/services (TypeScript/NestJS).
- Implement Features: Build functionalities for our internal platforms covering reporting, finance support, administrative data management, and usability improvements.
- Connect the Layers: Integrate frontend interfaces with backend APIs, ensuring smooth data flow and interaction.
- Write Tests: Develop unit and integration tests for both frontend (Jest, potentially Playwright) and backend (Jest) code to ensure quality and reliability.
- Collaborate & Learn: Work actively with senior engineers, absorbing best practices in coding, architecture, and testing. Participate in code reviews and team discussions.
- Debug & Solve: Investigate and fix bugs that may span across different parts of the application stack.
- Contribute to Improvements: Help identify areas for improvement in our codebase and development processes.
At Implicity, you will have a weekly meeting with your manager, to help you succeed in your mission, and continuously improve your skills.
Each team works with quarterly OKR, to be crystal clear, fair and honest with your targets.

🥉 Hardskills and Softskills
- Proficiency in TypeScript
- Good working knowledge of Angular development
- Good working knowledge of Node.js backend development (NestJS/Express)
- Familiarity with version control using Git
- Experience writing basic automated tests (unit/integration)
- A strong desire to learn and apply best practices in both frontend and backend development
- Eagerness to gain exposure to cloud platforms (AWS), CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and monitoring tools under the guidance of senior team members
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) is required for our Paris-based team
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
