★ You have a nursing diploma
★ You have more than 2 years of experience in cardiology, and more specifically in heart failure
★ You target the Med-Tech / Health industry as your future career focus
★ Your English is GOOD and you are fluent in French
★ You know how to work with different tools like: Excel, Slack, Notion, CRM tools such as Airtable, etc.

🥈 Your missions

Our software is the only SaaS platform aggregating and processing Data from cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIED) and connected weight scales. Having all data in one platform is extremely convenient and useful to manage patient clinical situation. Our Implicity Heart Failure remote monitoring solution is expanding a lot, more and more patients and Medical Teams benefit from it every day.

You’ll then join the “Heart Failure” Customer Success team (1 Head of + 1 nurse + 1 logistic agent + a team of external nurses), to take care of all the patients with heart failure included in remote monitoring.

You are entirely dedicated to the patients and their well-being, all of that remotely

• You manage the clinical events (alerts) coming from external devices (weight scales..)
• You do therapeutic guidance sessions with patients (optional)
• You check regularly the symptoms of the patients
• You may have to manage administrative alerts coming from patients
• You work very closely with our great team of external nurses

• For this job (full-time), you have a base salary depending on your experience
